Mother Earth in the Bay - Hawaii Outdoor Documentary Newborn Photographer

A sweet newborn being loved by his family, a pink crown for big sister's birthday, a rogue swing hanging in the middle of the giant banyon trees, earthy tones on a gloomy day, and lots and lots of love - this outdoor newborn session has quickly become a favorite for me.

Hawaii does its own thing when it comes to seasons, so instead of the low trees filled with green leaves by the water that we saw all through winter, we found naked branches. My initial shock was quickly replaced with love for the warm brown tones and the beautiful patterns of the exposed branches.

It ended up being the perfect contrasting element!
