The Birth of Keira | Central Oahu Birth Photographer and Videographer
Keira was born in the middle of an unusually foggy night here in Hawaii, after a beautiful but long labor.
Her brother and sister were there the whole time and it was such a heart warming thing to see them be an active part of her birth story. They both ended up asleep as we worked late into the night, and slept through mom and dad walking up and down the stairs and then Keira’s big entrance, while mom stood on the side of the bed.
Walking up and down stairs (or hills) really work. I’ve seen it countless times. And in Keira’s case, it was the golden ticket to her descending that last little bit and coming into the world.
Thank you Mori Ohana, for having me there to capture her beautiful birth.
